“I empower executives and aspiring leaders to define, decide, and rapidly achieve the next milestones in their career.”
Clarity on Your Career Aspirations.
Confidence in Your Decisions.
Certainty of Your Sucess.
There are four major career transitions business professionals face in the journey towards success. Hired. Fired. Retired. And my personal favorite, Inspired. Some career transitions are planned but many are also unexpected. Whether you are planning or anticipating your next career transition, a career coach can help to provide the guidance, support, and strategies you need to navigate these changes with clarity and confidence at a significantly accelerated pace than what most people will achieve on their own.
If you are ready to elevate, accelerate or innovate your career, I am here to help!
Together we will work on gaining clarity on what you want and building your confidence that you are making the right decisions. Our career coaching framework is designed to provide a comprehensive and hyper-personalized approach that is tailored to your specific needs and desires, ensuring that you achieve your professional goals faster and with more confidence.
Whether you know exactly what you want next and are looking to get there faster, or you are at a point in your career and life where you know it is time to do something different but aren’t quite sure what that looks like or where to start, a career strategist & coach can help.
What Is the difference between a Career Strategist and a Career Coach?
And how do I decide which is right for me?
Scope
A career strategy focuses on the broader picture for youir long-term career trajectory, while traditional career coaching aims to address your more immediate needs and specific challenges.
Focus
Creating a career strategy includes a deep diver into your longer-term vision in order to create a strategic roadmap for career success over time. Traditional career coaching focuses on helping you to overcome current obstacles and achieving your short-term goals.
Approach
A career strategist will help you to make strategic decisions and develop action plans on the basis of your long-term goals, desired skill development, and offer advice and strategies that reflect market and industry trends. A career coach will guide and motivate you, helping you to set personal and professional goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
